What makes Glitter Press Studio different?

At Glitter Press Studio, we believe every memory deserves to shine. We don’t just print photos, we create keepsakes filled with a touch of magic. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and adorned with genuine glass glitter imported from Germany, carefully embellished onto your photo to ensure every sparkle catches the light beautifully and stands the test of time.

We’ve also partnered with a highly regarded fine art printing supplier who specializes in giclée printing, a professional grade process that produces vibrant, true-to-life colours and exceptional detail on archival-quality materials. Every print is inspected to meet our premium standards before it reaches you.

When will I receive my order?

Our current turnaround time is 7–10 business days for your order to be lovingly created and prepared in our studio.

Once dispatched, please allow additional time for delivery:

Standard Shipping:

  • Metro areas: approx. 3–6 business days
  • Regional & rural areas: approx. 5–10 business days

Express Shipping:

  • Metro areas: usually 1–3 business days
  • Regional & rural areas: approx. 2–5 business days

Can I choose where to place the glitter?

Each piece is thoughtfully hand-embellished, and the placement of the glass glitter is at the artist’s discretion to best complement the artwork’s design.

If you have a specific placement request, please let us know before printing so we can accommodate your vision where possible.

What type of glitter do you use?

We use premium glass glitter imported from Germany, known for its brilliant sparkle and luxurious, mirror-like finish. Each piece is hand-embellished using genuine glass glitter to add a touch of timeless shimmer and depth to your fine-art print.

What type of paper do you use?

Each print is created on museum grade archival fine art paper using Giclée printing, a professional printing process that delivers exceptional detail, colour depth, and longevity.

Our papers are carefully selected for their texture, weight, and cotton-rag composition, ensuring your artwork remains vibrant and timeless for years to come.

Every custom glitter print is also packaged in acid-free materials to protect against moisture, yellowing, or deterioration, so your piece arrives in pristine condition, ready to frame and treasure.

What should I do once I receive my custom glitter print?

Your fine art glitter print is a delicate, handcrafted piece made to be treasured for years to come.

We recommend placing it in a frame soon after receiving it to protect the intricate glass glitter embellishments and preserve their luminous sparkle. This helps maintain the artwork’s pristine beauty and prevents any glitter movement or surface damage.

Kindly note: our glitter is made from authentic European glass, renowned for its brilliance and depth. As it is crafted from real glass, please handle with care and keep out of reach of children

Do you offer frames?

No, as everyone has their own unique style and home aesthetic, we currently don’t offer frames with our prints.

However, each piece comes with a luxury, acid-free photo mat board, designed to beautifully elevate your print and make it easy to frame in the style that best suits your space.

What kind of photo should I upload?

For the dreamiest result, we recommend uploading a high-resolution photo with good natural lighting and minimal shadows.

Full-body or close-up portraits work beautifully as they allow us to capture the sparkle and detail your keepsake deserves.

Please avoid selfies, screenshots, or heavily filtered images, as these can reduce print clarity and overall fine-art quality.

Please kindly note during peak periods, please allow extra time for your orders to be shipped.

Where do you ship to and how much?

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Standard: $10 flat rate

Express: $15 flat rate


We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250 AUD

How long does shipping take?

Orders are lovingly packed and dispatched from our studio in Australia.

Standard Shipping:
Metro areas: approx. 3–6 business days after dispatch
Regional & rural areas: approx. 5–10 business days depending on location

Express Shipping:
Metro areas: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch
Regional & rural areas: approx. 2–5 business days, depending on distance from major cities

Please note:
These estimates are based on Australia Post’s standard delivery guidelines. Once your parcel is in transit, delivery times are unfortunately beyond our control. We’ll always do our best to help track and support your delivery if any issues arise.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey to your door.

Returns

Do you offer refunds?

Each piece is made to order with care and attention in our studio, which means we’re unable to offer refunds once an order has been processed or customised.

However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us right away and we’ll ensure a replacement is sent to you immediately.

Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’ll always do our best to make sure your experience sparkles.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We take great care in packaging each order, but if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us right away. We’ll ensure a new print is sent to you immediately, at no extra cost.

For all other cases, please note that once an order has been processed and customised, it is non-refundable due to the personalised nature of our products.
